We create complete production lines for a wide variety of companies, such as companies in the drink industry. These machines and systems are used to produce containers and steel or stainless steel tanks, for instance. We handled project management, development, production, installation, and commissioning.
The spectrum of customer requests we receive ranges from manual to fully automated production solutions, even allowing unmanned production if necessary. Other machine requirements include scalable series production, variable shapes, and high pressure containers or containers built with differing volumes.

Technical Data
This welding machine welds rolled rings with widths between 80 mm - 160 mm and diameters between 233 mm and 400 mm in packages of four. The machine uses WIG welding without a supplementary wire.
- Workpiece diameter: Rings from 220 to 400 mm
- Workpiece width: max. 160 mm
- Welded seam: Full longitudinal seam on ring package, length max. 640 mm
- Material thickness: 0.5 to 2.5 mm
- No lock is required due to the machine's stability.
- All machining combinations are available and can be combined to create recipes.
- Automatic sheet detection via laser probe.

Technical Data
The head and foot ring welding machine is used to weld thermoformed container halves with head or foot rings using WIG welding without a supplementary wire. The machines are fitted manually with workpieces, and the welding process is automatically controlled. A laser seam tracking system is used to ensure the correct welded seam length. The machine can be fitted for different container types in diameters between 200 mm - 400 mm.
- Workpiece diameter: 220 to 400 mm
- Workpiece height: max. 600 mm
- Welded seams: Round seam – WIG
- Material: Stainless steel 1.4301
- Material thickness Shell: 0.8 to 1.7 mm
- Material thickness ring: 1.5 to 2.4 mm
- Weight: 2,500 kg
